Uptime monitoring for CIS startups
Billing & Plans
What is your refund policy?
Statusly offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window for all annual Pro and Enterprise subscriptions. If you cancel within the first two weeks of your billing cycle, we’ll process a full payout to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Monthly plans are non-refundable once the cycle begins.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately, and we’ll prorate the remaining days on your current invoice. Downgrading applies at the start of your next billing period to avoid service interruption. All plan changes are managed directly from your dashboard under Settings > Billing.
Technical Specifications
How often does Statusly check my endpoints?
Free tier monitors run every 3 minutes. Pro plans check every 60 seconds, and Enterprise customers can configure intervals down to 15 seconds. All checks originate from our distributed nodes in Moscow, Frankfurt, Singapore, and Dallas to ensure accurate latency and availability reporting across regions.
Which protocols are supported for monitoring?
We support HTTP/HTTPS with custom header validation, TCP port checks, SSL/TLS certificate expiration tracking, DNS resolution verification, and ICMP ping. WebSocket and GraphQL endpoint monitoring are available on Pro and Enterprise tiers. Each check type can trigger custom response-time thresholds and JSON body validation rules.
Customer Support
How can I contact your support team?
Free users can reach us via the in-app ticket system or email at help@statusly.io. Pro and Enterprise customers get priority access to live chat during CET business hours (09:00–18:00) and dedicated Slack channels for incident coordination. Average first-response time is under 2 hours for paid tiers.
Do you offer onboarding assistance?
Yes. All new Pro and Enterprise accounts receive a 30-minute guided setup session with our infrastructure team. We’ll help you configure alert routing to PagerDuty or Opsgenie, set up maintenance windows, and customize your public status page. Free tier users can follow our step-by-step documentation or join our weekly community office hours.
